You will also need to provide us with the following:

  • Cleared payment in full must be received before sponsorship is confirmed and promoted. We will provide you with an invoice, payment is required in 14 days.
  • Business Logo, branding via email (pdf format)
  • A blog post in a word document, max 500 words. (These will not be proofread)
  • Details of the style of banners you have; these will need to be with us the week leading up to the show. (If you require banners please let us know)
  • If you require banners, we can produce these and a quote can be provided.

  • Social media links for your Twitter and Facebook accounts

  • We request that sponsors promote their sponsorship and involvement via their social media accounts, website, clients, customers, business and professional networks and to reasonably engage with the Show’s social media posts.
  • Your advert in pdf form no later than 1st June . Due to print deadlines, adverts received after this date will not be included.
  • Names of the individuals to attend the business breakfast and or charity events no later than 30th June – if you do not require the tickets, please let us know.
  • Exhibit stalls/stands must be staffed during show hours (Friday to Sunday, 10.00-17.00), if you do not require a stall/stand please let us know. If you require a different style or combination of size space, please let us know in your application.
  • Exhibit stalls/stands is space only and marquees can be hired. A copy of the application form outlining the terms and conditions can be found here, you will need to complete a form for space and submit with your application (marquees are an additional cost). This can be downloaded from the DOWNLOADS menu option above.
  • In your application please let us know what you propose to do to promote your stand/stall (e.g. competitions, display of goods and products) so we can help to promote this on our website and via social media.
  • Regrettably, no alternative items can be offered in exchange for any unwanted, ‘unused’, or non-required sponsorship benefits.
  • Anonymous sponsors and or donations are welcome and alternative benefits will be considered on request.
  • All applications are subject to committee approval
