Advertising Posters are now available for the show if you would like any copies please let me know.
We can also supply Pop-Up banners at £65, ring side banners (£2.50 sq ft) and other advertising materials at very competitive prices.
Over the last few years we have made no charge for public admission to the show this meant an increase of admission to over 30.000 visitors in 2013 and between 35 -50.000 in 2014 and 2015. It is our intention to continue this and we hope that it will mean a similar increase in visitor numbers this year.
Charges for Trade stands in 2018 have risen slightly. The Society allows free trade stands to 4 local charities, these are awarded in January 2018 no other free or special rate stalls will be allowed.
All exhibitors should keep in mind that the show accepts no liability for goods left on the show field, we have a skeleton staff that work throughout the night who keep an eye on our equipment and do cleaning and maintenance they also ensure the gates are locked between 10 pm and 7 am. They are not there to guard your valuables that is your responsibility.
All the Fast Food, Ice Cream and Bar Concessions will be by tender and the forms are included in this booklet.
In order to continue the steady growth that has been achieved over the last five to six years, the main ring will once again provide a wide range of feature acts to attract the audience and keep them entertained.
Advertising will take place both locally and nationally with posters and leaflets being sent to every Tourist Information Centre in the U K and Adverts placed in many Local and National Newspapers plus Local Radio.
A plan of the trade stand layout is available together with all the rules and regulations that you must adhere to. The online booking form should be completed with the required payment as soon as possible. Should you require a particular site then early booking is recommended.
Bookings are not transferable under any circumstances
